Steps

We take three active steps to get results!

Step 1 Analysis 

This step answers the questions: “What opportunities do we need to address now and in the future in order to improve your business?” 

 

With you and your team, we will analyze your specific situation and opportunities. 

 

We use tested and original methods to understand:

Step 2 The Plan

This step of our work together will answer the questions: “How do I exploit my opportunities?”

 

After our analysis, we will develop a practical strategic plan that will deliver results. This strategic plan details all aspects of the marketing strategy we have agreed upon including but not limited to:

  • Promotional plans
  • Creative brief for product packaging and point of sale
  • Distribution solutions with distributor interviews
  • Competitive analysis
  • Market analysis 

Each part of each plan is specific to your company and situation. We will never give you a “one size fits all” solution. 

Step 3 Implementation

In this step we put our plan into action to help you grow. 

 

We take an active role working independently and with your team, as circumstances warrant,in the market to execute the plan. We are prepared to“get our hands dirty.”
